We are looking for an Inside Sales Engineer (Outbound) in either our Fairfield, NJ or Covington, GA locations.

This position will report to the Vice President - East Region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation ( 50%):

Target Customer identification and lead/opportunity creations.

Research accounts, identify decision making body and generate interest.

Communicating with customers, making extensive outbound calls, email etc. to potential customers.

Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.

Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

Team with Sales to build pipeline, close deals and generate revenue.

Business Development (30%):

Market research following PGA, IIR and other databases.

Actively search to identify new customers, opportunities, and market segments.

Identify Projects and Implement Proactive Project Follow-up using R-PSM.

Maintain database for the key projects in the region & Secure meetings with high-level decision makers and influencers.

Build a strategic plan for the customers that focuses on customer understanding, relationship building and driving revenue.

Networking (20%):

Develop network with the potential accounts using digital platforms.

Enhance digital visibility, create groups and sending in mails to potential clients.

Collaborate with marketing to create effective marketing solutions and drive results for clients.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Technology savvy < Experience in optimizing digital tools >

Technical aptitude.

Strong communication skills.

Passionate about sales and customer success.

Education:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Experience. Technical/Engineering background will be helpful

Experience:

1-3years of suitable experience in developing business using digital tools

Travel:

Limited travel to customer locations as and when required, including out-of-town and overnight travel.
